Laurie Koensgen’s poems have appeared in Literary Review of Canada, Arc Poetry Magazine, In/Words, Barren Magazine, Juniper: A Poetry Journal, Ottawater, Kissing Dynamite, and elsewhere. She was shortlisted for The Malahat Review’s Far Horizons Award for Poetry 2018 and recently received the Honourable Mention in Arc’s Diana Brebner Prize. Laurie is a founding member of Ottawa’s Ruby Tuesdays poetry collective.

Elspeth is a Scottish writer and researcher interested in all things gender and sexuality related. She likes sun, dogs and women and enjoys writing about these things—although not necessarily in that order. Her current projects include a novel and a creative research platform about the experience of pleasure post trauma.

Ivy Monte is a literary translator with over twenty novel translations. She writes poetry, short fiction and creative nonfiction. She comes from northern Europe, from Latvia but spends much time in Paris/Montmartre—her place of inspiration.

Kevin A. Risner is author of My Ear is a Sieve (Bottlecap Press, 2017) and Lucid (The Poetry Annals, 2018). Hibah Shabkhez is a writer of the half-yo literary tradition, an erratic language-learning enthusiast, a teacher of French as a foreign language and a happily eccentric blogger from Lahore, Pakistan. Studying life, languages and literature from a comparative perspective across linguistic and cultural boundaries holds a particular fascination for her.

C. Cimmone is a North American author and comic, specializing in blue and observational comedy, short fiction, and narrative nonfiction. Cimmone serves as a contributing author for Arouse Magazine and editor-at-large for Trampset and a reader for Marías at Sampaguitas.

MJ Moore lives in the San Francisco Bay Area. She has been a technical writer and editor, grassroots environmental activist, teacher, poet and flash fiction writer. She has taken poetry, memoir, and fiction workshops with Diane Frank, George Wallace, and Thaisa Frank. Her poetry has appeared in Bach in the Afternoon and riverbabble (Summer 2019 issue).
